Our 3-Step Process

Goodbye Old Lawn!

Using our Kubota LX3310 tractor, we can effectively remove your old lawn to prepare your property for new sod installation. Put into a dump trailer and hauled off-site, the process couldn't be simpler!

A Proper Foundation

With your old lawn removed, it is time for us to level and grade your property to the desired slope. This allows your new sod to be laid smooth, and makes for proper water flow! Following this process, we apply a 2 inch layer of topsoil to allow your new sod to effectively take root. The next step is to apply starter fertilizer, to aid in root growth.

Lay The Green Stuff!

Now for the fun part, where your new lawn comes to life! With a proper foundation complete, we lay your sod with staggered joints, tight edges and great root to soil contact. Your only job? Pour on the water!
